How can I reach the apartment?

All apartments are in the center and easily reachable on foot from the central station.
From the airport it is possible to reach the central station by shuttle bus, train and bus or it is possible to reach the apartments by taxi.

Can I bring pets into the apartment with me?

It is possible to bring small pets with you. We will ask you for a supplement of 40 euros to be able to carry out a complete and thorough cleaning of yours  departure and give the possibility of finding the apartment in the best conditions to those who will book after you.


What if I need to rent a car?

It is possible to rent a car directly at the airport or in one of the agencies near the central station.

Will I find linen in the apartment?

In each apartment you will find a complete supply of linen (sheets, towels, etc.) that will allow you to  enjoy your stay to the fullest without worrying about bringing it from home.

There is no change of towels and linen.

Is it easy to find parking on the street?

The whole center of Bari is ZSR (regulated parking area) and it is possible to park:

from Monday to Saturday from 20.30 to 08.30

How can I check-in?

In order to better organize your check-in and avoid waiting on the street, we ask you to send us a message (Whatsapp) or an email a few days before your arrival. There will be a member of our staff waiting for you in the apartment.

Check-in times depend on the apartment you choose, so we ask you to check when booking.

They are usually from 13.00 or 14.00 at 20.00 

Upon your arrival you will need to provide us with the documents (passport or identity card) of all guests and we will ask you to sign a tourist rental contract.

What if I arrive before 13.00?

If you arrive earlier, and the apartment is available, you can immediately enter and start your holiday!

Otherwise you can leave your luggage inside the apartment (while they are cleaning) and check-in immediately. You will be given the keys and you can come back after 13.00 or whenever you want!

And if I arrive after 20.00?

There is no problem.

We will only ask you for a supplement of €30.00 after midnight.

When will I need to check out?

You can stay in the apartment until 10.00. You can leave the keys on the table inside the apartment or directly with the person who will take care of the cleaning.

What if I need to leave the apartment after 10.00?

We ask you to notify us upon your arrival if you have this need so that we can check if the apartment is available for a few hours after your arrival.  check out or  it is necessary to leave it immediately at 10.00 in order to allow for the final cleaning.

In any case, you will have the possibility to leave your suitcases until 13.00 and be able to make the last tour of Bari before your departure.

How can I pay for my stay by booking from your site?

On our site you will find the best rate guaranteed and we will ask you

for stays longer than 1 night on  advance payment of 30% (by paypal, bank transfer)

You can pay the balance directly upon your arrival in cash.

If I have to cancel the reservation?

If you are forced to cancel the reservation, only the amount you paid as an advance will be withheld.

Does the price change if a guest is added to the booking?

The reservation you made concerns the apartment in its entirety and therefore the price will remain the same regardless of the number of guests (generally max 4).

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

No! But in case of accidental damage in the apartment, we ask you to notify us immediately so that we can charge you for it.

What services will I find in the apartments?

Each apartment in the circuit Just Here Apartments® it has standard equipment which includes an equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms, dishwasher, smart TV, Netflix, fast wi-fi connection, safe, cot/ Camping bed for children, hair dryer, iron

And once around the city where do I go?

Don't worry!! It will be our care after check-in to send you the coordinates of the main points of interest in the city via whatsapp (all within walking distance of the apartments)

We will also show you a choice of restaurants / trattorias / pizzerias outside the tourist circuit so that you can  let you taste the flavors of Bari cuisine in the places where the people of Bari historically love to eat.

When I go away where do I leave the keys to the apartment

You can safely leave the keys on the table or hand them over to the person who takes care of the cleaning.

Recommendations!

  • We ask you not to use all the appliances together to prevent the light from going out.
  • We ask you to turn off the air conditioners when you leave the apartment to visit the city as by turning them on when you return, they will be able to cool the room to the desired temperature in a few minutes.
  • In each apartment there is a manual with "The rules of the house"

There are a few simple rules that we ask you to follow as most of them are condominium apartments.

  • When you check out, we ask you to leave the apartment in the best possible condition, especially the kitchen!!!  
  • We ask you not to smoke inside the apartment but only on the balconies and terraces.
